Where It All Started

The journey so far.

Eleven events. One community. From a hike up Ticknock to Fairy Castle — every event has been a step forward.

Event #01 · Jan 2026

Ticknock Hike

📍 Ticknock, Dublin Mountains

Where it all began. A group of strangers set off up Ticknock together. By the top, nobody felt like a stranger anymore.

The First One
Event #02

A coastal run followed by a sauna session. The community got its first taste of the move-and-recover format that became a favourite.

Event #06

📍 Dublin

Fast, fun, and brilliantly social. Padel brought out the competitive side of the community — and a lot of laughing at missed shots.

Move
Event #07

Hot Yoga

Nobody knew what they were signing up for. Everyone left converted. Hot yoga in a group setting hits different — equal parts challenge and calm.

Move + Recover
Event #08

Forest Trail & Sauna

📍 Co. Wicklow

Through the trees, into the sauna. One of the most atmospheric events to date — quiet forests, proper trail running, and a proper recovery after.

Event #09

Pilates & Sea Dip

📍 Sandycove, Dublin

Mindful movement followed by a cold sea dip at Sandycove. Half the group had never dipped before. By the end, everyone was already asking when the next one was.

Move + Recover
Event #10

Barry's HIIT

📍 Barry's, Dublin

We took over a class at Barry's Bootcamp. High energy, brilliant craic, and the perfect midweek reset. Our biggest fitness class turnout to date.
